Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Helmz E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in- store or returned:
- Accessories (Pierced Jewelry and Some Accessories cannot be returned)
- Swim & Lingerie
- Beauty products and accessories.
- Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
